Urgently need some logos edited/replaced

Type of logo: Word mark, Letter form, Abstract mark, Pictorial mark, Emblem, Character
Ideas for the visual style: Unique but simple
Extra notes: I am looking for a graphic designer to fix some stuff for me as well as design various icons for button type logos that will be placed on a website. Also need someone to edit some of our current, resize with out losing resolution (not sure on dimensions) as well as keeping the transparency (this is a big problem due to bmp)
