Tweaks to current Logo & creation of basic brand standards

I am looking for a designer that can help to tweak our existing brand logo. The icon that is used needs to be simplified in regards to the colours within it and would like to look at using a different font, more in keeping with the style of the logo.

We also need to establish a brand style guide about how to use the logo, icon, colours and fonts.

As well as this we are going to start advertising across various social platforms so we shall need to create social media templates for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram.
