Replicate a simple logo

Where the design will be used: web
Extra notes: This is a very simple task.

I have an existing logo I would like to re-create - see attachment - (gracelogo)

I want the new logo to look like Eagle Mountain church logo - see attachment - (logo)

Font used should be close if not exact.

The fire/bird logo should replace the eagle

You can retrace / illustrate or use stock vectors - Just make sure it is large enough and can easily be compressed.

I want this as soon as possible
