Re-design of my logo (merging two idetities into one) and a two sided business card

I have two logos just now one for my business brand and one for my brand (note this is just my name as a logo) they need to be combined in some way to have a clean marketing mix. I will have more work to do on this long term but for now I just need the logo and a double sided business card. I have some ideas on how this should look but open to other suggestions.

I am a professional speaker, coach, author and consultant working in business enterprise. My image is fun but professional, I dont do girly girl but I would like a nod to the fact I am a woman.
