Need a logo designing for a new initiative

Ideas for the visual style: We don't have a complete idea of how we want it to look. So it would be great if you could bring your ideas in too. It's going to be a global initiative (not a business).
Where the design will be used: Print, Web, TV
Extra notes: We have a similar initiative of the similar kind but in the UK. We don't have a logo for that - but are replacing it with the worldwide initiative. Therefore, we need it to be relevant and attractive to everyone - as it's not a business, it is an initiative for EVERYONE. So it would be great if the price could be reflective that it's not a business and we aren't making money for the initiative. More details will be given to the person we choose. Only UK applicants please bid for this. It would be great if you could include samples of your work. Once this is done, we will need more design work, so looking to form a long term relationship.
