My Company logo needs finessing

Hi, I need a designer to perfect my logo in a few respects. I have the basic design that I really like which is the "aHa" logo on the red and gold sample attached.
1) But as you will see it needs to be cleaned up in better resolution and the "a" s needs balancing so they are on the same level and I suspect the right "a" may look better with a slight serif tail?
2) I also want the bottom "H" in the middle to be the same as the top so they both taper off. [I think that the "H" may well have just been made by the 1st designer rather than from a type of font]
3) In respect of the colouring I think I prefer the red and blue colours on the 2nd logo sample attached, however, as you will see they do clash somewhat so do need to be better balanced. I understand it is not too difficult to change the colouring so would be grateful if the logo could be done in both sets of colours (red/gold & blue/red)
4) The writing in the blue block is the correct spelling and type of font (Times New Roman) "Aly & Hulme Associates".
