I Need a website logo designed and created

Extra notes: Would like a logo designed for site naturalhealthireland.com. I will also have additional work for this designer in the future for different websites depending on the quality of this one. I need someone who can come up with the design idea themselves with minimum input from myself or client (although feel free to make suggestions for discussion). The color scheme for this natural health Ireland site will match that of the logo design, so the designer should decide on 2-3 colors for the logo and the site will be modified to match this (by me). so please ignore the current color scheme. I would like to review the chosen colors and approve. The image is not big (w) 360px x (h) 76 px and I would like some creativity/ideas added to the design not just text. This is a Chinese medicine (Acupuncture etc) and health, so the design should reflect that. The word "Natural" could also be an idea for design, nature etc.
