I need a logo designing.

I am looking for a text logo for my company, Magellan & Partners LLP. I need it to be used as a website logo, for use as an email signature and on documents in hard and soft format. To give you an idea of what I am specifically looking for, my business cards are written in aubergine purple Index Lt Pro. I would like the text to read Magellan & Partners LLP in aubergine and a plain white version. The file must be resizable without becoming blurry. The background must be transparent so that it can be put on different colour backgrounds. I would like to font to be Index Pro or as close as practicably possible. No time wasters please. Job to be completed sooner rather later.
