I need a designer to create Vector version of our logo

Ideas for the visual style: n/a
Extra notes: Our business logo was created years ago and somehow we have managed to get this far without ever having access to a source file. Now we are about to launch a high-profile billboard campaign and the logos we have are simply not fit for purpose. We need someone who can reverse engineer the logo based on the attached Jpg (we need a red and white version) into a high-quality Vector file (Ai or Eps). We are due to go to print this afternoon so it is pretty urgent - job will need completing in the next hour or so ideally!

We can only supply you with what is attached - we don't know what font etc was used as it was all done before any of the current teams time! We want the logo laid out as the white one is (horizontal) but in boh red and white. We're only supplying the red one to show you the colour, the layout is different. So, one horizontal logo in two different colours.
