Custom Logo - Vector Based

Hi all,

I am looking for a logo, vector based, for a new company.
I am looking for a 2D design, along the lines of the following 2 examples I have found

Ideally this should be round ish like the first one, but this is not a major requirement.
Around the top I would like the word "Kracken" and along the bottom, 3 options "IT", "STANDS" and "LEATHER".
