Children's cricket club logo

I need to professionalise a draft design (drawn by a 7-year old) for a children's cricket club logo.

I've uploaded my son's original attempt. I want to keep the elements of his original design which incorporates various bits of cricket equipment in a heraldic shield. So there's a cricket helmet, a cricket bat, cricket balls and stumps....and a rather conceptual pair of peacocks.

This is based on the historic heraldic arms of the Holland family (and I've uploded a copy of their coat of arms).

So the task is to slightly professionalise my son's draft coat of arms so that we can give it to a sports equipment producer in order to embroider this logo on to the team's sports kit....
