Alteration of exiting logo

We have a logo which needs to be altered.

NOTE THIS IS NOT A NEW LOGO DESIGN RATHER AN ALTERNATION OF AN EXISTING LOGO

There will be repeat work with regards to branding so please bear that in mind when quoting

The current logo is made up of lines and we need to see iterations to make it filled

Requirements
Colours to remain the same or similar
However, happy to look at other colours, but need to look happy yet softer
Needs to be recognisable from a distance
Can cover the background into a colour as well (same as the example provided)
Proportion should be correct so works well as (email signatures, Icon etc)

File formats and colours
Files with logo only
files with logo and name
Need colour codes
All file formats
Font names
