A Logo for my Barber shop Brand

I have a clear idea of my logo design and font but need a skilled, trendy and cutting edge graphic designers to bring the ideas to life. I am looking for a fast turn around. I have a logo idea and font idea but need it putting together as a logo to go above a shop, be featured on gowns, clothing and hair products. I would like the skull with the quiff, with scissors underneath and the @ sign around with the wording "Byrnie Macs" which is the shop name in the same font as Victoria Beckham
