Professional designer & photoshop

I want to design a wrap measuring 6 x 10 inches in dimension (landscape).
This will be split in four sections, 3.5, 1.5, 3.5, & 1.5 inches. The 3.5 by 6 inches will have the plantain leaf painting.
The 1.5 by 6 inches sections will the silhouette strip.
For the silhouette strip I want it to have images of children, young adult and old people dancing, mingling.

This piece will be painted first showing visible brush stokes and then converted to editable Photoshop which will allow more texts to be added.

I also want a complementing design of the following texts:
Minggle
let's eat and minggle... (the double 'gg' is not an error but deliberate)
