I would like a photo converted into artwork print or canvas

I would like someone to take a photo from my travels and use that as a base to create some artwork in a particular style that we like most likely for digital print to be framed or also open to it being on canvas if you think it would work better. The style that I am looking for is a multi colour splash/ water colour style like the attached examples hoping to highlight the people and elephant in the photo and not so much of the background but as with all things creative like this I feel its best left to the actual artist to see what works best and what doesn’t. The attached picture of the woman wearing the hat is the picture we have on the wall at the moment that this would sit next to on the wall so would like the two to complement each other.
Happy to be led by what the artist feels is the best route to go for the style/ effect we want.
In terms of size I’m looking for it to be approx 65cm x 65cm square.

I'm sure that it wouldn't be the case but just to be clear I am not looking for a picture filter to be applied to the photo.

Just for ease it would probably be best done by someone with some experience in this kind of style possibly with some examples of past work or able to throw a quick rough sketch/ idea of what they had in mind before getting too far into it and it not being what was wanted.
