Floorplan for a Change of Use Planning Application (Scotland)

I am looking for a suitably experienced person to draw up a floorplan for submission to planning for Change of Use.

The property is currently split between a domestic dwelling with a unit at rear currently classed as a Meeting Room for a Church. (Class 10) We are looking to change the use of this area to Class 4 - no changes to the domestic dwelling part of the property.

I have the current basic floor plan from the estate agent and also a more detailed architect floorplan from when the last planning application was made.

The plan should be a scale of 1:50 or 1:100
