3D Design and 3D Modelling

Revision of interior design within an existing Archicad model and 3D Rendering.

Hallway:
- modify the doors, walls and flooring with CAD visuals I provide.
- modify furniture with product images I provide
There will be two versions of this.

Kitchen:
- build kitchen design into based on CAD visual I will provide

Living Room:
- redesign with a design brief and some product images

Master Bedroom:
- medium redesign with a design brief and some product images

Master ensuite:
- medium redesign with a design brief and some product images

Guest Bathroom:
- full redesign with a design brief and some product images

Guest Bedroom:
- medium redesign with a design brief and some product images

General:
- Interior Design collaboration
- 3D renders - up to 10 angles to agreed between us
- Whole design to maintain a contemporary airy yet modern 'fun' flow throughout, and be part of one story
- Furniture, Furnishings and Electrical plans (the latter will be taken on by a lighting specialist which in this case you would be required to only reflect the recommendations within the model)
- Contractors documentation (section elevations and layouts)
