We have a new office and would like some help in planning and design of a good layout for the office, it's an open plan room presently and a blank canvas. Ideally we'd like to have a glass partition meeting room at one end and then an efficient and productive desk layout and storage which creates a good atmosphere and collaboration in our new space.
We are an IT service provider, so we all use multiple screens (usually a bank of 4 x 22” 2 above and 2 below and small form factor computers, we have a telephone, although we would consider switching to headsets running from the computers and get rid of the phones. We do need to be able to store some stock parts and materials / cables etc.
The office work space for consideration is around 52msq and it would be good to comfortably accommodate 10-12 people.
The meeting space would ideally be multi-functional, good for small team meetings, as a break out area or a work area if needed (so it might accommodate a couple of ‘hot desks’. The building has separate communal area’s (kitchen / dining) so the break out area isn’t essential, just a nice to have.
