I have just done a lot of research that I need consolidated into a (or some) user journey maps, see this link for examples: http://bit.ly/2xCi2yh
A user journey map is an important design tool to understand a product / service interactions from the point-of-view of a user. It is basically a visual representation that illustrates the flow of a user (within a product or service) of their needs, wants, expectations and the overall experience for a particular goal. Have a quick Google for 'user journey map' and 'user experience map' for more information.
I have a lot of information in a PDF which shows several very basic user journey maps and tables that I would like spruced up into a more engaging user journey flow.
I would like someone who will come to the table with lots of ideas and is ready to dive into this information, digest it, and is able to provide solutions on how they think the user journey map(s) should be created. Ultimately, I want the final product(s) to be visually striking and engaging. This is not just a graphic design task - it's for someone who can jump into and understand this information and work to present it in a creative manner.
------
You'll be required to sign an NDA as the research is for a large professional corporation.
Working on-site in our new office in central London is preferred (brand new - it's 4 days old and we have funky swings and a seesaw), but it is not essential and remote working is accepted (must be willing to use Skype or similar) - UK based or +/- 2 hour time zone preferred but not essential. Potential for future work.
Ideas for the visual style: Please see link in details and examples attached.
Preferred colours: I will provide colour scheme to follow.
URLs to draw inspiration from: http://bit.ly/2xCi2yh
Where the design will be used: Printed large format, and for .ppt presentations.
