Convert photographic images into phone app icons

Hi all,

I have an eps logo I need edited to have new text and resized for Android and iOS guidelines.

Further to that I need app icons created from photo images (3 of them), these are for tab views and need an unfocused and focused state version.

All of these will be straightforward edits / conversions with no design requirements apart from meeting the above OS guidelines

Future work is in the pipeline, including icon and app screen design and I am interested in long term work relationship

Please provide examples of work and porfolio
