Some alterations of the original plans required for a pre application. This is an underground property with an attached above ground building.
Alterations are as follows:-
1. Remove the 8 floor(ground) windows but insert a strip window above the bathrooms.
2. Design the lean to greenhouse in a wooden finish attached to the back of the above ground property which is of a wooden look structure to fit in to the countryside planning. Effectively it is above the lounge.
3. Move the door on the above ground property from it's front to the side.
4. Show side view with the attached greenhouse.
These drawings will be submitted as a pre app.
