Site plan with layout and schedule of accommodation

I require an experienced CAD architect to update an existing site plan drawing with an accompanying schedule of accommodation. The schedule should clearly articulate the proposed internal layout and dimensions of the residential units marked on the external plan. A sample drawing is provided as a visual reference to ensure the final output aligns with my design vision.

Specifically, the professional will need to open the attached CAD file and skillfully modify the 2D layout to incorporate labels and a keyed schedule identifying the main living areas within each dwelling - such as kitchen, lounge, bedrooms and bathrooms. Text annotations should be placed strategically near the respective floor plan outlines but avoid obstructing other relevant technical specifications. The bidder should have extensive competency in AutoCAD or similar software, with a portfolio demonstrating past experience delivering scale plans, schedules and associated architectural documentation for small to medium sized housing developments.
