Resize 200 movie still images into 5 sizes and add Russian titles

I have 200 movie still images that each need to be resized into 5 different sizes (and edited if necessary to fit the sizing). I will need three of those sizes to include the Russian title in creative and attractive fonts and colors to match the image.

I have all the images, titles and the sizes needed. It is important to be familiar with the Russian alphabet to know how the text should look (no translation needed- Russian titles provided). I need this completed in 1 week. Please reply with a hourly quote and how many hours it will take you to create all 1000 jpeg images as well as sample of similar work. If satisfied with first batch This could be a recurring project with 20 new films per month for several months.
