.psd layered file similar to the image provided

I need a similar image to the one in the link provided below. It must be a .psd file as I have photoshop (cs6) and I will be creating multiple images from the .psd doc to produce an educational video.
No text is needed.
The induvidual red and blue aspects of the image must all be on seperate layers so they can be turned on and off or even colour adjusted etc, this includes each optical nerve from each eye and each visual field.
