Description
Experience Level: Entry
Information for the business: I sell online dental staff training
Industry: Healthcare
Design details: Need an image created from the attached picture I drew. This image will be used in my www.dentalpracticecoaching.com website - on a page titled Build Your Career - Build Your Practice. This is intended to show a career path / training needed for a dental administrative team member from their very first day in the practice (with no experience) all the way to them becoming an administrator. I will match my training programs to the title in each stage (outlined below).
I colored each step differently to clearly show the stages of training, but need these colors to coordinate with my website theme.
The stages are:
New Hire - Level 1 - 90 days
Admin Team Member - Level 2 - 6 months
Senior Admin Team Member - Level 3 - 6-9 months
Supervisor - Level 4 - 1 year
Team Leader - Level 5 - 1 year
Administrator - Level 6+
Inside of each stage are specific tasks I would like highlighted - please let me know if you cannot read my handwriting.
I intended to draw a pathway, with stepping stones for each stage. Obviously, I'm a terrible artist. That's where you come in!
Target audience: Dentists & dental office managers looking for training
Ideas for the visual style: Please see dentalpracticecoaching.com for colors/style
Urls to draw inspiration from: www.dentalpracticecoaching.com
Where the design will be used: Website
Extra notes: For each stepping stone, the headline should be the stage name - for example: New Hire.
Then, a sub heading could be Level 1
And - the timeline is not part of the heading - just want it to be consistent in design across each stepping stone.
I am trying to communicate a long term career path to train a dental office manager - I would also like to somehow show that along with this person building her career - she will also be learning how to Build the Practice. Perhaps this would show almost as a shadow to the path? Or words along the side of the path?
Part of each step of my training incorporates measurement and establishing systems - the fonts need to look professional, not childish and if there is a way to demonstrate increasing responsibility / increasing complexity in a visual manner, that would be wonderful.
