Layout single report based on six blogs plus design for impact

Design details: I have six blogs which I want to turn into a single White Paper--to be held as a pdf and placed on line at www.ethical-leadership.co.uk

Each blog is around 700 words plus added images.

The brief is to take the blog material--supplied as simple Word pages--and create a single White Paper report combining all six items into a single document.

The blogs have four five footnotes/references each which will need to be rationalised into a single list at the end of the document.

Needs a simple but impactful front cover plus overall layout to look professional and interesting.

Add company corporate logo as a footer.

Target audience: Same as www.ethical-leadership.co.uk, includes leaders, managers, compliance officers, academics etc.

Things to avoid: cartoons, too much white out of colour for text

Extra notes: This is not a heavy duty design job, am looking for simplicity and economy!
