I need someone to use my designs to create a sharp image for my blog

Design details: I am not at all skilled or technical when it comes to design and have very limited software to use. I have roughly drawn an image that I would like to use on the header of my personal blog and it would be great if someone would be able to sharpen, improve and neaten the image and brighten the colours (either by editing or recreating). I would like the image to have a transparent background, so that it can be used for different things. I'm interested in receiving proposals with any ideas regarding my image and how to make it look better. Many thanks :)
