I need a picture draw

I need a certain picture drawn.i want the two people in the picture drawn as Harley Quinn and the Joker. However I want to keep this certain features to them. That means I want the Joker to have green dreads, no white face paint I want him to actually look black as well. And I want the girl to keep her facial features but like give her Harley Quinn's to pigtails. Something of that nature.
