I need a designer to create a bespoke website banner image for me

Design details: Hi there!
I am looking for someone to create a bespoke banner image for my website. I currently have a holding stock image on there which is all wrong!

I really like the following quote:
Creativity is inventing, experimenting, growing, taking risks, breaking rules, making mistakes and having fun.'

I want to have this on the banner and now I need a suitable creative design or illustration or typography or collage or....something awesome to house it!
