Help with digitising a pencil drawing of a scaled floorplan

Hello!

I need a pencil sketch converted / redrawn in Adobe Illustrator, with a line drawing. Fairly basic drawing, just black outlines. All the elements need to be editable, and outlines only, no fills please.

I'm attaching the pencil sketch, and an example of a previous floorplan. The previous floorplan done for another layout is in colour yes, but for this project we need outlines in black only. I'll need an .EPS or .AI file.

I need this for Wednesday, not a lot of time I know! So please don't pitch if you're not able to deliver by that time. Even if it's without the measurements, just need basic layout and elements, small details like the text / typed out measurements can be omitted if it'll ensure the job gets done on time.
