Graphical elements produced for a game

What design elements will need to be designed?

-The designer would need to submit 10 different balloon designs, with each design being in 2d but using techniques such has lighting/shading to make them look 3D like.

-After one balloon design concept has been chosen, we will work on any tweaks that need to be made.



When do I need to start and finish?

The chosen graphics designer would need to start asap, and to have all designs finalised within 1 week. During the development of the above graphical elements, you will be provided regular feedback with further design references/guides to help aid you in the process.



What is required from graphics designer?

Alongside great collaborative skills and prompt communication, the team member would need to produce regular design examples each day until the task has been completed/we are happy with designs. In terms of design skills, the designer would need to have the ability to produce innovative designs that are not only relevant to the language of the game, but also complement other graphical elements.
