Graphic redesign from a one page PDF

Information for the business: Leadership coaching for Managing Directors
Industry: Business
Design details: I have a pdf I want to email out to prospective clients. I would like them to look at it and like it so much they will print it off and use it. My current version looks very homemade - I am looking for a redesign.

This job is to recreate the document from scratch - but to make it something that really stands out for all the right reasons!
Target audience: Managing Directors or CEOs of organisations in the Midlands, UK
Ideas for the visual style: As per attachment - but much better!
Things to avoid: The current version looks homemade - I want it to look clean, crisp and professional whilst avoiding being totally corporate - a slightly quirky feel would be good
Extra notes: I want to change the titles from goals to reason, teamwork to connection and capability to potential.

I would like them to appear in a different order too - first connection, then potential, then reason.

Once I see the first draft I may tweak some of the wording to suit.
