Graphic designer to provide design & assets for 1 website page

I need someone to a graphic designer to create the following:

1. Create the design for a website page (including layout, iconography, style and colour pallette, and typography, and deliver it as a PDF.

2. Create six (6) bold images that represent media campaigns we have done for clients. I will provide raw images for you to use.

3. Create three (3) images that represent the type of content my company provides. I will provide the text and raw images for your use.

I will want the images delivered as web-ready files and also high-resolution images, since we may use them in print across our brand. I will also want any and all working files in either Illustrator, InDesign or Photoshop.
