Flash Banner Design & Optimisation - Immediate

We need a 300x250 flash banner optimized so the finished size is under 50kb.

We have initially created the design in Photoshop, and exported parts in to Flash, but the final output size is just over 100kb.

We need someone to optimize the Flash banner to the correct size but ensure the design is left intact and graphics still look sharp.

We are not experts at Flash optimization, so I am sure there are some fundamental errors made, so any half decent expert should be able to help with this.

As an additional task, we also require clickable areas added to the banner compatible with Google Adwords (so basic Action Script).

We need a fast turnaround on this (preferably before 6th December at very latest)
