Draw vector shape image

Design details: Hi there,

I'm looking professional illustrator to draw a vector shape according to attached image.

Breif:
According to attached image. 4 persons holding the earth toegther and you can see in the image. in the middle there is an earth symbol and four peooples arms and you can see their heads.

I need the image very clear and neat shapes so anybody can see it easily understand what's going on in the iamge, it will be used as logo and symbols in different places so please draw in a way when image size gets very small still it's clearly visible.
