My company is tired of running around Birmingham using the services of freelance web developers, freelance graphic designers and companies offering these services. So we have decided to invite freelancers to have desk space in our office for a small peppercorn payment.

With a good team of freelancers located within our office we can manage our own projects more efficiently. We believe this will add value to our company in several ways, we can offer project work to freelancers and get competitive rates, we can see first hand what skills individuals have so can capitalise on them.

This pooling together of people affords the freelancers many opportunities. Freelancers have the ability to network, bounce ideas around, form alliances and even their own company.

We have desks available in a quality 2000sqft open plan office. The space will best lend itself to freelance graphic designers/web developers/website programmers/website designers/ freelance photographers/promotional and marketing consultants/editorial writers and journalists/actors and models/event co-coordinators/wedding planners/party planners.

The office is situated in a secondary position on the Hagley Road, Edgbaston, 1.5 miles from Birmingham City Centre and is surrounded by a small area of outside garden space.

The office is air conditioned, fully furnished, has internet and landline phone and a separate meeting/boardroom. Heating, lighting, business rates (council tax) phone and internet are all included, there are no hidden costs.

£35 per week is a sensational price for unlimited use of all the services 24 hours a day 7 days a week 365 days a year.
