Information for the business: Looking to comission a design for an emoji

Design details: To be confirmed once initial contact is made - I need an emoji making which can be used on android and apple ios.
This needs to be a computer generated graphic the design of which I will hold all rights to including asserting my own right to my intellectual property.
For the design inspiration should come from unicorns, rainbows, cats, cod fish and chinchillas.
Ideas for the visual style: Bright, light, colourful and appealing to girls in their early teens.
Where the design will be used: Mobile devices.
