Customised Graphics For Use On Recycling Bins

We are a printing company who are wanting to add stock Recycling Stickers to our portfolio. We have attached the below artwork from a competitor. We need exactly the same labels / text / images creating but in a different form, different shape, different graphics, different colours etc.

The graphics would need to be made in Illustrator and be editable by ourselves should we need to edit them in future (all work saved as vectors). We will then want a cut contour set on the work so we can add this cut contour onto our printer to cut the item out, (basic 2mm outline around each sticker).

Perhaps you could take 1 sticker from the below artwork and create an example to how you will create the rest.
