Create graphics for online stores

I'm looking for someone that is good with graphics and creating banners for websites that I manage.

We might need a simple banner with some text over it or I might need a full brand ID creating. The work will vary for the different brands that I work with but what I need is someone that really understands branding and graphics.

Ideally you need to be in the UK but will consider something outside the UK.

Being able to create GIFs or even short video content would be a huge advantage.
