Create a set of icons

Design details: I need a set of icons for use with a web based application that we have in development. There will be a total of 59 icons, 10 of which are practically identical to 10 others and 13 additional are ones that I have already done in SVG format and simply need to be saved as part of the set- with artistic license applied should this be necessary. All are intended to be basic in appearance- conveying the idea is more important to us than looking like little pieces of artwork. Not stick figures, but not 3D artwork either.
Ideas for the visual style: I have a master spreadhseet listing all of the icons and a concept comment, plus a host of visual examples to share.
Things to avoid: All work must be original - no direct copies or re-use of other works.
Extra notes: Communication will be a KEY on this project. If you are not a good communicator or do not understand the concept, do not bid on this project.

I am going to award based on the ability to deliver and of course, budget is a big factor.
