Create 2 polka dot patterns in AI - fast!

Design details: Hi,

I need the attached polka dot patterns (currently jpegs) re-creating as AI files.

I want the Navy as Pantone colour 540 C with white dots.

I want th Grey as Pantone colour 420 C with white dots.

I want the white spots to be 12mm in diameter and spaced as in the examples given.

This is going to be used to produce a fabric so please make the finished file at least 250mm x 190mm.

Any questions, please ask. This is a rush job.
