WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR?

I am looking for an Enthusiastic and Friendly illustrator, who understands how to present African illustrations to 3-7 year old, in a very realistic, detailed, fun, creative, unique and bright way. i need Africa to come ALIVE!! As well as the characters.
Examples of my expectations, has been attached, or if you feel you can do better, that been attached, excellent!!!.(I just love the colours, details and the illustrations - of the attached)

NOT ONLY DO I WANT AN ILLUSTRATOR, BUT.....
I have learnt so much from an 'experience', that its not just about being good at your 'craft', but its about effective communication, passion for the work, a desire to produce quality, MEETING DEADLINES, having knowledge of illustrations for the targeted age group and being able to follow instructions effectively as well as experience for illustrating children's books. I am just looking for someone who really 'works alongside me'
