Caricaturist/Cartoonist

I am looking for a caricaturist that can illustrate a friend of mine in a golf swing and in the background his wife as his caddy. This would represent half of the image. The other half would consist of some writing and smaller images of birdies, eagles and albatrosses. To signify this persons 40th birthday I would also like to add at the top of the writing an image of a 4 iron club and a golf ball. So that when they are put together they look like the number 40. I am looking for this to be done in colour. I am also looking for a very quick turn around. I will supply images of most of the above.
