Business Card Re-Design with SPOT UV Layer on Adobe Illustrator from PSD File

Design details: Only Professionals Should APPLY. This is a RE-DESIGN PROJECT
I require Business Card Re-Designed in Adobe Illustrator as per the PDF Guide attached.
Please note, if you don't know how to do Spot UV, please don't apply.

Please note, it must have SPOT UV on below elements only:
1) Spot UV Location Front: http://take.ms/8NdEO
2) Spot UV Location Back: http://take.ms/LVKm1

Files should be:
- CMYK
- Bleed of 3mm Bleed All Around (i.e. 3+3 <-- If you have done printing before you should know this)
- DPI: 300DPI
- Keep all fonts as in PSD File

Once you have produced the artwork file and sent to me i.e AI, EPS and PDF ( High Resolution), I will send it to printer to ensure the file you have designed is Correct. So expect revisions. If you got it correct, the printer will accept the file.

- Please note you should keep all layers separate, don't combine them.
- Its your responsibility to ensure all information you have got is clear to you before proceeding and accepting the project.
