Brand Identity good enough to pitch to investors

We have just pitched to a US investor who has given some feedback which we are digesting. Our next move is to produce a mock website/webpage with a single video content and sample products. We need help with the following
Logo, packaging design, webpage, short flash animation.
The theme is teaching children to cook in a modern healthy way.
We are looking for someone to do a cost effective basic job, but when a larger budget available can be expanded upon rather than start again.
