Banner Design for affiliate marketing

We need someone with experience in banner design to design a number of banners that will be used in an affiliate marketing scheme. The banners should be professionally designed, aiming at maximising click through rate.

We will ideally need the banners both as flash and as animated GIFs (since some sites might not accept flash).

We will need banners in the following sizes:

468x60
140x350
250x60
250x120
250x240
728x90
120x60
