Sustainability Report

Looking to transform a wordy sustainability report (35 pages) in fresh produce into a info-graphic style / easily readable report. Detail is still needed within the report but looking for a design that breaks it up.
Also looking for icons/graphics that can be used in the report that can also be used for our website on our Sustainability & Ethics pillar so that the icons are consistent
