PDF to trans PNG conversion, within a set style

Industry: Food and Beverage
Design details: We are looking to create an image within a style already produced. We have a pdf of a floorpan that needs to be converted into a white image as transparent png. Large size would be optimal, minimal size would be 770x730.

I am attaching the files we have to help display, I do not have the illustrator files, we can discuss in more detail.

Please let me know if available and something that can be done within the next few hours, ready to begin right away.
