Illustration

I'm looking to get an illustration done in vector (similar style to the attached illustration) that I can repurpose for a few different things so need a layered file at the end.

The base of the illustration needs to be created from the attached photo so you get an essence that it is the same place with the trees, benches, houses shops and a couple of buses. On the grass area include things like.

people playing,
cycling,
listening to music,
taking their dog for a walk in the park,
and chilling in the park.
It coincides with a festival in the park, so if there was a stage or a stall that would also be good

I require the illustration to be done as a first draft within 24 hours so immediate start would be great.
