Create professional looking illustrations of luggage from my rough sketches

I am preparing a presentation of a range of cycling bags which will be practical and fashion inspired & in a more appealing range of colours than the usual black and grey. I have hand sketches which need to be tidied up (preferably in Adobe Illustrator). Timing: What I would like to do is to scan and email my hand sketches by 28 March and receive your work back by 4 April (ie a week later). Shortly thereafter, I would provide feedback with a view to completing the work by no later than 11 April. I am happy to pay a good hourly rate for good work and would like to see any examples of recent work that you can show me (not necessarily of cycling bags but something in the fashion / accessories area would be helpful!).
